Sacrifice Conditions

• The value of this sacrifice is 65 KWD, including: 60 KWD for an Australian sheep, and 4 KWD for cutting, preparation, and packaging.

• The sacrifice will only be delivered upon presenting this order.

• The sacrifice will be cut into 4 pieces.

• Declaration of the sacrificer: I, the sacrificer, declare that I waive without compensation on the first and second day of Eid the (slaughter waste, skin, feet, and head) and that they are not part of the slaughtering fee.

• You may collect the head at the slaughter on the third and fourth day of Eid.

Welcome to Al Mawashi (the website or mobile application). The owner and operator of Al Mawashi is Trans Emirates Livestock Trading, a limited liability company registered in the United Arab Emirates ('UAE') under license number 5442, with its office located at Expo Street, Dubai, UAE.

Registration:

You are eligible to register as a buyer and benefit from the services if you meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You are above the legal age to purchase products in your country of residence.

• You can provide an address in the United Arab Emirates or Kuwait for product delivery.

Orders

By placing an order through the application or website, the user confirms the accuracy of all information provided. Orders are confirmed to the user within the service interface. There is no contractual relationship between the user and Al Mawashi. Al Mawashi may, for any reason, decide not to accept an order and refuse to fulfill it. The user may schedule the order for a specific time, date, week, or month depending on service availability.

Quantities

In some cases, Al Mawashi reserves the right to limit the delivery quantity of certain products or, when necessary, not deliver a particular product at all depending on availability in stores.

Refunds

• The user has the right to cancel the order and request a refund (online orders only) if the following conditions are not met at delivery. The amount will be refunded within 48 hours.

• If the meat has a bad smell or dark color, it will be replaced within 24 hours.

Quantities

The main objective of Al Mawashi is to deliver all ordered products in the right quantity and with high quality standards. The user acknowledges that stock availability and human errors are possible. Al Mawashi reserves the right to modify your order fully or partially, at any time and without any liability or compensation, by removing any item that is out of stock, damaged, spoiled, or unavailable for any other reason.

In the event that such issues occur, the user will be contacted by the Al Mawashi support team to inform the customer whether they wish to replace the item with another or cancel the item.

If an item is missing upon delivery, the customer has two hours to contact the call center to report the missing item.

Delivery

The delivery appointment will be arranged with the customer between 9 AM and 3 PM. If the specific requested delivery time falls outside of these hours, you must contact the call center to inform them.

If the driver arrives at the customer’s address after being notified but cannot find them, another delivery appointment will be arranged with the call center team. In cases of bad weather, wrong address, or lack of access permits, another delivery appointment will be arranged.

The driver must provide the customer with an invoice and proof of delivery.

Prices & Payment

The Al Mawashi website guarantees to provide prices excluding VAT, but VAT will be added at checkout for countries subject to tax.

Al Mawashi reserves the right to change the prices of goods and services at any time.

Payment can be made via the website or mobile application through the following methods:

• Cash on delivery

• Online payment (MasterCard, Visa) via the KNET payment gateway

• If you pay for our products or services on our website or application, the details requested from you will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.

• The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Product Information:

We take care to regularly update product information on the service. In rare cases, the information may differ from the details printed on the product packaging. In such cases, the information on the packaging takes precedence. As recipes may change at any time, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and allergy information regularly on the packaging.

Al Mawashi assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors (I) or mistakes in content; (II) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from your access to or use of Al Mawashi’s software applications or support; (III) any unauthorized access to or use of Al Mawashi’s secure servers and/or any and all personal and/or financial information stored therein.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the country in which Al Mawashi services are provided, and the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement. Each party hereby agrees to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts, regardless of conflict of law principles. If any provision of this agreement is found invalid by a court with jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Any offer of any product, feature, service, or application made through this software application is void where prohibited.
