Meat Ribs in Mango Ajar

Ingredients:
For the ribs, you will need ½ kilo of ribs, 4 tablespoons of mango pickle, 1 teaspoon of meat spices, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
For the Italian macaroni, you will need 2 cups of Italian macaroni, 1 packet of frozen spinach, 1 chicken stock cube, 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves of garlic, half a block of butter, ¼ teaspoon of mixed spices, and salt and black pepper to taste.
Method:
To prepare the ribs, season them with the meat spices and mango pickle, then let them marinate for 2 hours. Roast the ribs in a grill pan for 10 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then serve.
To prepare the Italian macaroni, heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the chopped onion, then add the garlic and mixed spices. Add the spinach along with a small amount of water and cook until tender. Stir in the macaroni and cook until fully done. Serve the macaroni alongside the ribs.
